1. Services

Oguva Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services including SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, website design and local SEO.

2. Plans and payment

• Starter — from Rs 15,000 per month. Growth — from Rs 35,000 per month. Scale — custom pricing.
• All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added where applicable.
• Setup fees are payable before work begins. Monthly fees are payable in advance.
• Advertising spend is separate. It is paid by you directly to Google or Meta. We do not mark it up and we do not pay it on your behalf.
• Payments are collected through Razorpay. Invoices are issued for every payment.

3. No guarantee of results

Search engines, social platforms and AI tools change constantly, and no agency can guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. We commit to doing the agreed work well and reporting honestly. For SEO and AEO we recommend a minimum engagement of 3 months, because results build over time.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us timely access to the accounts, websites and information we need.
• Make sure the information and material you give us is accurate and lawful to use.
• Approve content and campaigns within a reasonable time.

5. Intellectual property

Content, designs and campaigns we create for you are licensed to you once the related invoice is paid in full. The Oguva name, logo and internal methods remain our property.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by third-party platforms.

7. Term and termination

Monthly plans run month to month. Either side may end the engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already done remain payable. On termination we hand over the assets you have paid for.

8. Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, Instagram and other platforms set their own policies, and can change, suspend or reject accounts and ads. We follow their rules, but we do not control them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
